Lord Jesus,

Lover of the sick,

Be with (name) in his (her) sickness.

Help him (her) to accept this illness

As a sharer in your cross,

And bring him (her) back to full health.

Lord Jesus,

We praise You,

For You are Lord for ever and ever.
